From the observatory, we’ll also trace how Beijing’s 2nd and 3rd Ring Roads evolved from old city walls and rail yards — a quick primer on the city’s modern planning.

- Vehicle Charter: $100 for up to 4 hours and 30 miles included; $140 for up to 8 hours and 60 miles included; extra time at $20/hour (4 hour minimum).
- Deposit: A deposit equal to 4 hours is required; once paid, it is non‑refundable in case of cancellation or reschedule.
